A Fresh look at Executry Administration
How you can streamline and improve your Executry service
The Auditorium, Perth Concert Hall
Wednesday 9th March, 2011 (09:30 – 3:30)
Perhaps because Executry Practitioners are one of the most profitable fee earners in any firm there have been very few events aimed at making you more profitable. With the slump in the property market (both commercial and residential) the fees earned from Executries are a lifeline in tough times.

The aim of this Conference is to explore how we can:
drive down the cost to us of administering an executry estate,
improve the service we provide to Executors and Beneficiaries,
minimise the risk of service complaints and negligence claims,
maximise the profit we make from providing an outstanding professional service, and
consider how we can secure more Executry business.

Challenging you to take a fresh look at your current practices will be: You and your fellow delegates. Working in teams we will share our knowledge and experience to create the blueprint of an outstanding Executry service that you will be able to implement in your firm.

Helping spark ideas will be: The Law Society, Marsh, BTO, the RNLI, Kirklands Law, the Airdrie Savings Bank, Grieve & Co (Law Accountants) and several Instant Executry Practitioners.

You will depart the Conference in good spirits. You will have been challenged to re-appraise your current Executry service and will have picked up golden nuggets on how you can streamline and improve it. You will have had the chance to chat and exchange ideas with colleagues and friends.  It will have been a good day..
