Our Mortgage Security Service (“MSS”) provides a solution that is FREE to you and will enable you to retain your clients’ conveyancing and other business. Here is how it works:

•	Kirklands will act as your agent in processing your clients’ mortgage transactions.
•	You agree to do business with us according to the MSS rules which include certifying the title to us, complying with the CML Handbook and indemnifying us for any loss
•	We will accept loan instructions, prepare the Security paperwork, submit the report on title and pay the loan funds direct to the Seller’s agent.
•	Using Instant Office’s case tracking we will set you up with online access to all of your clients’ files to enable you to monitor progress from anywhere, anytime.
•	The Purchaser is your client and Kirklands is your agent. Any direct contact we are obliged to have with your client to comply with CML regulations will be copied to you and will be done in a way that reinforces your relationship as their solicitor.
