We will advise on the IT kit you need and, if you wish, act as your IT Consultant in soucing this through your local supplier.

Preparation Timeline
As part of the sign up process we will agree a Preparation Timeline with you that will take you from where you are to the Review 3 months after you go live. What we have found best is that you appoint a “Go To Team” and we work with them to ensure a smooth move to your new Cloud based Office. Significant points on the Preparation Timeline that we will agree with you are: Completion of fitting out Going Live with Gmail Dress Rehearsal (1 week after Gmail) Go Live (1 week after Dress Rehearsal) Review Date (6 – 8 weeks after Go Live)

Setup
We will setup your new Cloud based Office and, with the help of your Go to Team, fit it out the way you want it. You will have decided at sign up what standalone modules will be used and who will use them. Together with your Go To Team we will set these up. We will also setup your user’s PCs. It is a good idea to identify, at sign up, any home PCs or laptops that are to be setup as part of the package. After you go live there is a £50 support charge for any new or additional PC that needs set up. As part of setting up the individual PCs we will check that the remote support software works from that PC.

Training
Also included is training in whichever of the 4 Core Modules (Instant Conveyancing, Instant Executry, Instant Residential Leasing and the Strong Room module) you intend to use. The Strong Room module will enable you to market to clients who have already entrusted you with valued documents.

Project Management
As you can confirm when speaking with our existing clients we have helped numerous businesses move to Instant Office and then helped them maximise the benefit that their new Office offers. As part of the Package we take you from where you are through the Preparation phase, Going Live, the Review and addressing areas highlighted in the Review that formed part of the package we agreed. The Software as a Service business model we have adopted means that from the outset we share a mutual interest in ensuring that your move goes smoothly and that you are doing good business from your Instant Office as soon as possible.
