The three things I like most about Instant Office are: Template Styles - once called over ( and with the client information entered in the client folder) the document is more or less complete; Emailing from within Instant Office which allows attachments from the client folder; and, SQL Queries - which is a fast and efficient way of finding a client/document/lender.
